For a good hair-growth routine with this oil:
* Amount: Apply enough to lightly coat the scalp—roughly 1–2 teaspoons total. Your scalp should feel coated, not drenched.
* Where: Concentrate on the roots/scalp, especially thinning areas. You can put a small amount through dry ends, but hair growth happens at the scalp.
* Massage: Massage gently for 3–5 minutes with your fingertips.
* Leave on: Start with 30–60 minutes before washing. If your scalp handles it well, you can gradually leave it for 2–3 hours. There’s no need to sleep in it to get benefits.
* Wash: Shampoo thoroughly afterward. Shampoo twice if necessary.
* Frequency: 2–3× per week is plenty. Consistency matters more than using a large amount.
